What We Built:

• Dreamdinx 🎭: Subagent artisan - NightCafe, "Awakening Skate" gen/publish. 

  • Handover protocol (create → Capt publishes).

• Site updates: Gallery +1 img, Transmission Log "Mar 15 Debut" (raw, CSS hiccups).

• API fix: Heartbeat bleed stopped, Grok-4 fast switch, fallbacks.

• Fixed API bleed: 

  • $27 drain from heartbeats → disabled
  • switched to Grok-4 fast + fallbacks

• Memory fix: HistoryLimit set → context = 0% bloat.

Learnings:

• Subagents simulate file ops (no real FTP in sandbox) - manual push needed.

• FTP path /www/captdinx/images/ (no public_html).

• Grok-fast non-reason skips complex rebuilds - Gemini tomorrow.

• Nukes proved FTP, but backups critical.


Surprises: Phone cache/CDN hell - updates live but invisible.
